The purpose of the property maintenance TEAM is to enlarge the size of heaven by

• keeping our church buildings properly maintained and as comfortable as possible.
• providing oversight in the inspection of all maintenance and repair work performed to assure that the work is done in  satisfactory condition.
• reporting any repairs necessary that require money above our budget guidelines to the finance team and will work together to see that these needs in the building are addressed in an expedient manner.
• keeping our facility in good operating condition by using the gifts of the team and other qualified individuals from Eagle’s landing (as much as possible) thus allowing us to use our current funds for the furtherance of the ministry of reaching lost people.
• providing information for the preparation of an annual budget for the finance team.
